According to Reuters, the 15-year-old girl died in 2012, came under the part of the Berlin underground. The mother wanted to access her page in Facebook to know, was this incident a suicide.
The court of first instance satisfied the requirement of women, considering that contacts the dead girl in social networks, go to her, under German inheritance law.
