The head of state traditionally participate in the international economic forum, will meet with foreign leaders and talk with businessmen.
Thursday, June 1, will be the official visit of Prime Minister of India Narendra modi. Speech at the summit, first of all goes about strengthening of economic and trade cooperation.
The leaders will exchange opinions on topical international and regional problems, including the fight against terrorism, as well as talk with leading representatives of business circles of the two countries.
On the same day, Putin will welcome heads of international news agencies and will hold talks with activists of the international expert Council of the Russian direct investment Fund and representatives of the international investament.
The next day, June 2, the President will speak at the plenary session of SPIEF, together with the Prime Minister of India, Chancellor of Austria by Christian Kern and Moldovan leader Igor Dodon.
Putin will participate in a panel discussion of “Business-dialogue Russia – the USA” and will hold talks with Chancellor of Austria and UN Secretary-General antónio Guterres.
The President will meet with heads of major foreign companies, it will be about the investment climate and business potential of the country.
Saturday also will not be a day off for the President: June 3, he will be present at the naming ceremony for Arctic tanker-liquefied gas carrier “Christophe de Margerie” – the vessel’s unique ice-class Arc7 developed for the project “Yamal LNG”.
