Youth is the romantic part of the population that wants to change the world for the better, but she should stay out of politics, so you need to work with those who are manipulating the kids to participate in political campaigns, said Friday the Minister of education and science Olga Vasilyeva.
Earlier, the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko said that the relevant committees of the Federation Council will consider a possible ban for minors to take part in unauthorized mass actions; perhaps this goal will have to enter the responsibility of parents for children’s participation in such activities.
“It’s a romantic part of the audience, this is a very sensitive part of a young, four million, which naturally wants to act for the good against the bad. Here is another question. The people who set up all this (participation in political actions – ed.) – they need to conduct a separate conversation… I think that, first of all, work should be carried out quite systematically and clearly with those who they are trying to bring (on the street — ed.)”, — said Vasilyev on radio “Moscow Says”.
Minister of education and science explained that we are talking about the category of youth aged 14 to 20 years, according to statistics, in Russia lives about 4 million.
“We officially said, and I again officially say: children should be out of politics a priori”, she added.
