Deja vu: as the Soviet porcelain and other photos “inspire” fashion artists
In the U.S., a scandal erupted around the new sculpture of one of the most highly paid artists of our time, Jeff Koons.
His bouncy “Sitting ballerina”, installed in may at Rockefeller square in new York, as it turned out, copies of the Soviet statuette “Ballerina Helen” artist Oksana Inigroup. She was released by the Kiev experimental ceramic-art factory in 1974.
