Sobyanin signed a law on additional guarantees to Muscovites for renovation

Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin signed a law on additional guarantees of the housing and property rights under renovation in the capital. On Thursday, may 18, the mayor said in his Twitter.

As noted on the website of the mayor of the capital, a bill was introduced in Moscow city Duma on may 13. The document regulates the order of inclusion of the houses in the program and obtain housing. It also determines the level of quality of new homes and apartments, assist in the relocation and payment of compensation to owners of non-residential premises.

The whole project includes 12 additional guarantees in the renovation program.

On the eve of the Moscow city Duma adopted the bill in the final version. “The bill establishes additional guarantees inclusion in the program and exit the program. Will enter only those houses in which at least two thirds of the population will support this decision”, — said the Chairman of the Committee for architecture and urban development Yuliana Knyazhevskaya.

May 14 in Moscow began the vote of the citizens on the issue of renovating a home. To participate as owners and employers under contracts of social hiring.
