Director of the Federal service of national guard troops of the Russian Federation Viktor Zolotov was awarded the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, honorary diploma “for assistance in performing the tasks and exercising the powers assigned to the National guard troops of Russia”.
“On behalf of Viktor Vasilyevich (Zolotov – approx. TASS), the award was presented by first Deputy Director TSUNG of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Sergei Melikov. I always believed that it was necessary to work closely with the divisions of the various ministries and departments of the armed forces, to provide them with possible assistance,” – said in Instagram the head of Chechnya.
According to Kadyrov, the office of Regardie in the Republic “passed a long way of evolution, and are now ready to perform any tasks to ensure safety.”
