The failure of the Ukrainian frigate “Hetman Sahaidachny” speaks of the inability of Kiev to restore order in the military-industrial complex. This opinion was expressed by the Deputy of state Duma Ruslan Balbec in an interview with “Tape.ru” on Friday, may 19.

Earlier on Friday it became known that on Board the frigate “Hetman Sahaidachny” soon after the repair broken diesel engine. The work was carried out within the framework of the state defense order.
