The government decided to make the Russian honey from antibiotics
The Ministry of agriculture approved the initiative of the Customs Union on the prohibition of antibiotics in honey. At the moment, half Russian honey contains nitromidazole and metabolites of nitrofurans.
The presence of antibiotics reduces the competitiveness of Russian products in the European Union, for example, in this form it is prohibited. This situation has prompted the government to introduce rationing of residual antibiotics in honey.
“Dapixara considers expedient to continue the work on the court of the Eurasian economic Commission on amendments to TR TC 021 / 2011 with the purpose of the valuation of the residual quantities of antibiotics in honey”, — said in a letter to the Director of the Department of food and processing industry Ministry of agriculture Eugene Akhpashev Deputy head of ANO “Roskoshestvo” Helen Cartaway (available to “Izvestia”).
The main problem is that over 90% of the Russian market of honey is small farms uncontrollably bees fed antibiotics. This can be done only in nematology period, explain the experts. If this falls into the honey nitrofurans, for example, it is extremely harmful to the liver substance.
