The Kemerovo regional court at the request of the Prosecutor’s office is obliged to terminate the powers of four deputies of local legislative bodies which have not provided data on income and assets of spouses in 2015. This was reported on the website of the Supervisory authority of the area on Monday, may 15.
Violation of anti-corruption legislation were identified during the audit. It turned out that the statutory time information not provided two deputies, Promyshlennovskiy district, and two Promyshlennovskiy urban settlement.
The prosecution made to the chairmen of the councils of people’s deputies of the submission with the requirement to eliminate violations, but the requirement was not met. In this regard, the district Prosecutor has addressed in Promyshlennovskiy district court, which satisfied the requirements of the Supervisory authority, said the Agency.
The defendants appealed, but the Kemerovo regional court upheld the decision of first instance in force.
