“Along with thousands of applications being filed in the office of the President, was this letter. It really was, it was in the name of the head of administration. He added that the mark of registration of the letter in presidential administration does not affect the possibility of obtaining a passport in a special manner.
“By itself, the registration mark is not valid, I repeat, every day the administration receives thousands of letters and appeals, complaints, requests and so on and so forth. And they are all recorded and, as a rule, are sent to the relevant agencies”, he said.
