FAIRBANKS /USA/. May 11 /TASS/. Russia would welcome any U.S. contribution to the implementation of the Memorandum on the establishment of a de-escalation in Syria, said on Thursday to journalists by the Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov. He did not rule out the possibility of bringing the United States as observers to monitor the functioning of these zones, but stressed that this must be agreed with all stakeholders and acceptable to Damascus.
