Playboy model created an emergency situation at the stage race “Giro d’italia”
Italian Playboy model April summers was almost hit by a cyclist during the third stage of the race “Giro d’italia”. Video of the incident posted to Instagram girls.

The competition is held from 5 to may 28. The race started in Alghero on Sardinia island, and finishes in Milan.
