MOSCOW, may 6 — RIA Novosti. By the end of the first day of validity of the Memorandum on the establishment of a de-escalation in Syria the situation by all parties is estimated as stable, said on Saturday the Ministry of defence.
So the Ministry commented on reports of some Western media that after the entry into force in the province of Hama, clashes occurred between the Syrian army and the opposition.
