While Wikileaks indicates that we are talking about the company, “received, according to Russian media reports, the FSB license for activities on protection of state secrets”. Among Russian companies in the field of IT there is a company “Eureka” regular customers which, as stated on its official website, are the Ministry of foreign Affairs, Ministry of economic development, Ministry of health, Federal customs service, Central Bank, FIU, and the accounts chamber of the Russian Federation.
On the website of “Eureka” it is also reported that she offers products and solutions in accordance with the “received on the declared types of activities licenses and certificates”.
