MOSCOW, may 5. /TASS/. Russia does not consider itself bound by the decision of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (CMCE) on human rights in Crimea. This is stated in the commentary of the Russian foreign Ministry in connection with the decision of the Committee of Ministers of the Crimea, stating a permanent deterioration of human rights on the Peninsula.

“The Russian Federation does not consider itself bound by the specified decision of the Committee of Ministers and does not consider lawful the use of the Ukrainian party in further propaganda constructions, – stressed in dipvedomstva. – For us, they are because of their non-consensual nature of the politically and legally null and void”.
