MOSCOW, 29 Mar — RIA Novosti. In Russia opened a criminal case on the murder in Kiev of former state Duma Deputy, Denis Boronenkov, reported RIA Novosti a source close to the investigation.

Ex-Deputy of the state Duma Boronenkov, was killed March 23 in the center of Kiev. His bodyguard, a member of one of the Ukrainian secret service, shot and wounded the killer, who later died in hospital. Ukraine opened a case under article “murder”. The investigation found that the murderer — the citizen of Ukraine Pavel Parshow that he served in the national guard.
“SK filed a case on the murder of Boronenkov. It is the investigator RF IC Denis Geranova”, — said the Agency interlocutor.
In the production of this investigator is also a criminal case against Boronenkov of fraud.
The lawyer of the former Deputy Andrei Grivtsov has told RIA Novosti that he was not notified of the initiation of proceedings for the murder of a client.
