Putin said on possible deliveries of Sukhoi Superjet 100 in Iran
Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the country may supply Iran with modern medium-haul aircraft Sukhoi Superjet 100 (SSJ100). It is reported by RIA “Novosti”..
“During negotiations, the parties discussed ways to expand cooperation in mechanical engineering, in the field of civil aviation. On the agenda for a possible shipment to Iran of modern medium-haul aircraft Sukhoi Superjet 100, as well as helicopters for sanitary aviation of the country”, — Putin said following talks with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani.
Earlier, the Minister of energy of Russia Alexander Novak said that Iran is interested in buying 12 aircraft SSJ-100.
