The Kremlin is concerned about North Korean missile launches

Moscow is concerned about a new missile launch of the DPRK and calls on the parties to show restraint, said press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov. About it writes RIA Novosti.


 


The DPRK on March 6, carried out launches of four missiles, according to preliminary data, the new type. Three of them fell within the exclusive economic zone of Japan. As stated in the Japanese defense Ministry, the rocket reached the area in the sea of Japan 300-350 kilometers to the West of the Peninsula OGA in Akita Prefecture.


 


“As for launches from the DPRK, of course, we are seriously concerned. These are actions that lead to further increased tensions in the region. Moscow calls on all parties to show restraint, and, of course, Russia in this case will be to exchange views with interested countries”, – said Peskov.


 


Earlier it was reported that the missile launches of North Korea was carried out from the Baikonur Shohei in the vicinity of the village of Tongani province’s Do. In South Korea believe that North Korea carried out a test launch of a ballistic missile KN-08 & KN-14. In the end, the head of the diplomatic Department of the country, Fumio Kishida stated that Japan will achieve the reaction of the Security Council of the UN on new missile launches.
