The Deputy “Fair Russia”, actress Elena Drapeko told “Izvestia” that they are ready to stand in presidents of Russia, if the decision will be taken by the party. This decision, she said, can positively affect the image of women.
A source in the party before that said that the emergence of a female from the CP has already been discussed. Among the possible candidates – Galina Khovanskaya and Olga Epifanova, which, however, has not yet been any discussions. Except for Elena Drapeko none of them has declared his presidential ambitions, at the same time, the party leader Sergei Mironov had not ruled out that it can run itself.
Chairman of CP said that the candidate of the party for the elections of the President will be elected at the Congress in the fall.

According to Mironov, the CP has a large number of potential candidates. Therefore, he said, will soon be determined, which way will the party: either the nomination leader or someone from members. Mironov also promised to make the process public and “primaries”.
Mironov also called the possible candidates. Among them he highlighted the candidacy of Valery Hartung, Alexander Burkov, Oleg Shein, Anatoly Aksakov, Oleg Nilov and Anatoly Greshnevikov.
Besides, according to Mironov, can be nominated and the candidate is not from among deputies of the state Duma, for example, economist and publicist Mikhail Delyagin.
