TFR has announced the former Deputy Boronenkov on the international wanted list

The investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) announced on the international wanted list the former Deputy of the state Duma from the Communist Denis Boronenkov, who is accused of major fraud. On Friday, March 3, reports TASS.

A statement about the search Boronenkov was made by the investigator at the meeting of the Basmanny court of Moscow where the question on arrest in absentia of fugitive deputies. “Voronenkov declared in the international search. In my opinion, it is absolutely legal,” he said.

Earlier on March 3 it became known that the court received the petition of the RCDS about the arrest in absentia of Denis Boronenkov.

February 15, Boronenkov TFR announced in the Federal wanted list. Investigators issued a resolution on attraction it as the accused in the organization of falsifying the unified state register of legal entities and fraud.

On the same day the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko said that Voronenkov gave very important testimony in the case of treason against former President Viktor Yanukovych. The ex-Deputy, according to Lutsenko said that Yanukovych allegedly wrote two letters with a request to send troops to Ukraine — “one Russian President Vladimir Putin, the second Russian state Duma”.

Denis Voronenkov was elected to the state Duma of the sixth convocation from the Communist party. To be re-elected to the lower house of Parliament of the seventh convocation on the results of the September elections, he could not. From the Communist party expelled right after became aware of his second citizenship, reported in the party.
