Foreign policy, the country’s head of state, reminded the press-Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov, speaking about the possibility of recognizing the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk republics. His words on Friday, March 3, the correspondent “Tapes.ru”.
“To answer your question, I can say one thing: according to the Constitution the foreign policy of the Russian state is determined by the head of state, namely the President of the Russian Federation”, — said Peskov.
3 March, the Chairman of the Duma Committee on CIS Affairs Leonid Kalashnikov suggested that from the Russian side any decisions until recognition of LNR and DNR if the escalation of the conflict in the Donbass will continue.
