The Russian public sector is expected to continue import substitution (software), Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev.
According to him, over the past two years, the number of contracts for the purchase of their own has doubled, indicating that the quality of Russian programs.
“Russian developers produce programs that are not inferior in convenience and functionality abroad. Today, agencies use mostly Russian legal-reference system” — quoted Medvedev RIA Novosti.
The Prime Minister noted that the transition of state agencies and state-owned companies have proposed should take place without prejudice to their activities.
“We need to carry out their transition in General office packages domestic. This applies to public companies. But it should be done, of course, reasonable. So as not to create problems,” — said the head of the Cabinet.
Earlier Dmitry Medvedev has signed the decree about creation of Fund of development of information technologies.
