MOSCOW, February 21. /TASS/. The news of the death of the permanent representative of Russia to the UN Vitaly Churkin equally saddened and his friends, and his opponents. The Russian Ambassador could love or not to love, but and colleagues, and journalists, and even ordinary people recognized him as a gifted diplomat, able to defend the interests of his country.
