The President has the right not to allow people into the country, if it considers that this is contrary to the interests of the state. This was stated by us President Donald trump during a speech in Florida.
“The President has the right not to allow people, if he feels that it is not for the good of the country,” said trump, commenting on his Executive order prohibiting entry into the United States refugees and nationals of the seven countries.
On 27 January the American President has signed a decree banning the entry of citizens of Syria, Yemen, Sudan, Libya, Somalia, Iraq and Iran, and suspended the admission of Syrian refugees. However, later the court of Appeals for the ninth circuit in San Francisco temporarily blocked his execution.
Actions trump has caused a lot of protests in the United States and in various European countries.
