The Minister of foreign Affairs of Iran Mohammad Javad Zarif said that Iran is not going to produce nuclear weapons and called for the rejection of this type of weapon.
“Iran has always said that our nuclear programme is exclusively peaceful. This issue is closed for us, we would need an eternity to build nuclear weapons”, – quotes the Minister TASS.
According to the Minister, it is time to “get rid of nuclear weapons and not to join the club to its owners.”
It should be noted that now the official members of the “nuclear club” are only Russia, USA, UK, France, China, India, Pakistan and North Korea.
