Yaroshenko’s mother urged trump to be human

Mother of Russian pilot Konstantin Yaroshenko condemned in the USA for 20 years jail for drug smuggling, has written a letter to the President of the United States Donald Trump asking to pardon her son. About it write on Thursday, February 16, “Izvestiya”.

Lyubov Yaroshenko, according to the publication, asked the new head of the White house to show humanity “the innocent, the unjustly accused and dying in an American prison to a Russian citizen”. “A terrible tragedy my son, the pain of his ruined health and life forced me to pray for you, your victory and harmony between our great powers!”, — the letter says.

The mother of the pilot expresses concern that her son “may be irreparable”. “He’s got a whole bunch of different diseases, some of them very heavy. To achieve adequate care in prison is simply impossible. I stand before you on my knees begging you to show mercy and to save my son’s life,” she writes.

To the treatment of Yaroshenko put the evidence of the pilot, set out on page 61 in the English language. The evidence was collected over several years by the American lawyer Russians Alexey Tarasov.

Previously Love Yaroshenko has twice sent similar letters to trump predecessor to Barack Obama, the latest in September 2016. Both letters remained unanswered.

In November, “Izvestiya” reported that Yaroshenko may be released after the inauguration of President Donald trump.

Yaroshenko was sentenced by a U.S. court to 20 years in prison in September 2011. He was convicted of conspiracy to smuggle drugs. In the U.S. it was brought from Liberia, where he was arrested on may 28, 2010. Worked under cover agents of the Federal administration in the United States to combat drug trafficking allegedly caught the Russians in a criminal intent on the transportation of large quantities of cocaine.
