For the position of head of the Federal bailiff service (FSSP), vacated by the appointment of Arthur Parfenchikov the head of Karelia, can be assigned to a former state Duma Deputy Vladimir Pligin, told RIA Novosti source in the leadership of the Parliament.
“Pligin will be assigned (instead of Parfenchikov),” — said the Agency interlocutor.
On Wednesday the President of Russia Vladimir Putin has signed the decree about resignation of the head of Karelia Alexander khudilainen, the previously announced early resignation and appointed head of the Federal bailiff service (FSSP) Arthur Parfenchikov acting head of the region.
In turn, the first Deputy Chairman of the Duma Committee on state construction and legislation, the Chairman of the faction “Fair Russia” Mikhail Emelyanov also considers the Pligin most suitable candidate for the position of head of the Federal bailiff service.
“As for candidates for the position, it is difficult to guess, there are a number of deputies have Parfenchikov, but I’d look at the Deputy of last convocation Vladimir Pligin. Vladimir Nikolaevich in their professional, human and political qualities could hold this position. A wonderful option would be,” said Emelyanov RIA Novosti.
In his opinion, the FSSP do not need to focus only on their internal Affairs, and to look at their service in the context of legal policy of the state.
“Therefore, the appearance of a politician in this post can be interesting option,” — said the MP.
