In celebration of the 100th anniversary of the 1917 revolution in Russia will spend 50 million rubles. About it reports “Kommersant”.
This amount will presumably be shared by the winners of the competitions held by the Fund “History of the Fatherland” Sergei Naryshkin, Foundation for basic research (RFBR) and the society “Knowledge”.
Another 300 thousand rubles will be spent by the Institute of socio-economic and political studies (ISSI) on the circulation of the two publications: “one Hundred years of revolution: 1917-2017. From the elements to managed chaos” and “the Perfect storm: the technology of destruction of the state.”
According to the newspaper, the official events dedicated to the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the revolution, began in early February, and some projects are implemented in 2016.
Since November 7, 2017, the anniversary of the revolution, the Communist party has planned for the whole of Russia “solemn session and in the evening, festive demonstrations and rallies”.
Earlier, the party has created a Committee to commemorate the anniversary of the revolution, which included the chief editor of “Soviet Russia” Valentin Chikin, editor in chief of the newspaper “Pravda”, Boris Komotsky, writers Zakhar Prilepin and Sergey Shargunov. The Committee was headed by the head of the CPRF Gennady Zyuganov.
