Suburban investigators are studying the circumstances of the death of two month old baby in the town of Pushkin for lack of timely medical care. This is stated on the website of the TFR in the Moscow region.
It is reported that a little girl with her mother were taken by ambulance to the hospital with suspected infection. However, in the emergency Department hospitalized patients refused, citing quarantine. Returning from a sick child home, the mother called the pediatrician, but to make an accurate diagnosis, he could not.
After the woman again called the ambulance, but the baby died before her arrival. The exact cause of death will be established by results judicial-medical examination. Now investigators are also interviewing witnesses in order to establish an accurate picture of the incident.
