The Governor of Perm region Viktor Basargin, was in may 2012. In this position, he came to the post of Minister of regional development of the Russian Federation. The results of his work for the past five years have been mixed, and in the last rating the effectiveness of governors, which is regularly compiled by the Foundation for civil society development (Fcsd), he occupied 84-e a place, being in a group with “average rating”.
