The inhabitant of Khabarovsk has sentenced to two years probation for what he stole from the caravan, owned by a German citizen. This was reported on the website of the regional Prosecutor’s office on Friday, February 3.
It was established that in November 2016 24-year-old young man entered parked on the streets of Khabarovsk Mercedes Benz, where a foreigner travels the world. The man stole property for the sum about 150 thousand roubles.
Of Khabarovsk convicted of committing a crime provided by point “in” parts of 2 articles 158 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“the Theft made with causing of a considerable damage”). The choice of punishment the court considered that the defendant committed the crime for the first time, and recovered part of the stolen.
