MINSK, 1 February. /TASS/. Non-payment of pensions and the economic blockade of Donbass residents is doomed to extinction. This was announced by the Plenipotentiary of Russia in the contact group on settlement in the East of Ukraine, Boris Gryzlov.
“Russia always considered and considers it his duty to be an impartial mediator in conflict resolution in the Donbass. However, with regard to the transportation blockade to be impartial is impossible, – said the Ambassador of the Russian Federation. – Those who spend, should understand that the result of these actions, does not yet stop, is the inevitable departure of certain regions of Donbass from the economic field of Ukraine. The same can be said about the non-payment of pensions living in certain areas. It also means the actual refusal of the people living there and put them on the brink of extinction.”
