MOSCOW, January 31. /TASS/. Vladimir Putin appointed Sergei Novikov, head of social projects of the Russian presidential Administration, reported the press service of the Kremlin.
Until recently, Novikov held the position of Deputy head of Department of internal policy of the Kremlin.
Earlier, the head of the public projects were Pavel Zenkovich.
