Police officers detained 16-the summer teenager suspected of murder of the young man in the Parking lot of a shopping center in the South of the capital. On Sunday, January 29, reported on the website of the Investigative Committee of Russia (SKR) across Moscow region.
“With him are necessary investigative actions, the continuing carrying out of a complex of the actions directed on establishment of all circumstances of the crime and the personality of the victim”, — said the press service of the Ministry.
In fact the incident a criminal case under part 1 article 105 “Murder” of the criminal code.
According to investigators, the evening of 29 January, the suspect was in one of the shopping centers of the Leninsky district, where he had a quarrel with a young man. “The conflict escalated into a fight during which the suspect struck the young man several times with a knife on different parts of the body. From the received injuries the victim died on the spot”, — added in Department of the TFR.
According to RIA news, the fight occurred in the Parking lot of the shopping center VEGAS on 24-m kilometre of MKAD.
