The world court of Ussuriysk found the woman guilty in the fictitious registration of foreigners and sentenced to a fine in the amount of 100 thousand rubles.
In the first eight months of 2015, a 32-year-old woman has registered in apartment two-story house 9117 citizens of Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, China, Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus. It was found that in fact, the place they lived, and the building is abandoned and not used as residential. “Foreigners used the opportunity to avoid bringing to administrative responsibility for violation of rules of stay on the territory of the Russian Federation”, — stated in the message of management.
In January 2016 resident of the Sverdlovsk region, who previously worked in Federal migration service has fined on 100 thousand roubles for illegal registration of 25 residents of the republics of Central Asia.
