The President of Russia Vladimir Putin approved a list of instructions on results of check of execution of normative acts on the issues of capital repairs of common property in apartment houses, the official website of the presidential administration.
The government, among other things, mandated to develop a common methodology for determining the cost of capital repair of common property in apartment buildings (including cultural heritage), to establish a system of technical accounting of available housing and to assess the financial sustainability of regional systems of major repairs.
The Prosecutor General’s office on behalf of the President will check the compliance of housing legislation in the formation of regional programs of capital repairs of common property in apartment buildings. Special attention will be paid to the control over decision-making on capital repairs of dilapidated housing and apartment buildings objects of cultural heritage.
In September 2016, the Russian President demanded to bring it back to normal half the roads in large regional agglomerations by the year 2018.
