MOSCOW, January 3. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the presidential administration, the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation and the representative of the President on matters of conservation and ecology to perform the law enforcement practice of non-commercial organizations performing functions of a foreign agent, and receiving public funding.
