MOSCOW, January 2. /TASS/. Engineering troops of the Russian Federation in 2017 will have to adopt a saw-mill VMLC-1 multifunctional sapper shovel, said the chief of the Engineering troops of Russian Armed forces Lieutenant-General Yuri Stavitskiy.
