MOSCOW, 13 Jun — RIA Novosti. Simonovsky court of Moscow at night on Tuesday arrested 30 days of Alexei Navalny, who was detained for calling for participation in an unsanctioned rally in Central Moscow (which is a repeated violation of article of the administrative code) and disobedience to law enforcement agencies, the correspondent of RIA Novosti from the courtroom.

“Alexei Navalny is guilty of an administrative offense, the court appoints to it punishment in the form of arrest for 30 days,” — announced the decision of the judge.

At the meeting, Navalny demanded recusal, stating that there are doubts about its impartiality. “We know that the police came here, I showed you the case, you have corrected the mistakes in them and told to redo it,” — said Navalny in court.

“We have doubts in impartiality of the judge, we are confident that you will make the decision that you need the police”, — said the lawyer Vadim Kobzev. Also, his lawyers complained of a judge’s refusal to postpone the meeting for a weekday, giving them time to familiarize with the case materials.

The press service of the police reported earlier that Navalny, who posted online calls to move from Prospekt Akademika Sakharova, where agreed by the mayor of Moscow the event of opposition on the Tver street for participation in uncoordinated protests, was arrested and has drawn up protocols on administrative offences.
