Media: a terrorist attack in Manchester was planned in December 2016

The explosion at the stadium “Manchester-arena” occurred immediately after a concert by American singer Ariana Grande. The device exploded outside the concert hall, in the lobby. The victims were 22 people, 75 were injured.
