The first criminal case in connection with death of people during a hurricane on may 29 opened in the Moscow region. About it “lente.ru” said the Investigative Committee of Russia.
The representative of the TFR said that the proceedings were instituted under article “causing death by negligence due to improper performance of their duties”.
