According to him, this idea is not new: in the management of the organization at the moment is there is a practice of deprivation of bonuses for the “unjustified” forecast. In this regard, according to Tsygankov, additional penalties should not enter.
“If staff had received a hundred thousand a month, then it would be justified. And they are paid five times less”, — he explained.
Earlier, the head EMERCOM of Russia Vladimir Puchkov proposed to punish forecasters for inaccurate and untimely weather.
