The latter responded to the invitation of the MOE to penalize forecasters
MOSCOW, 5 Jan — RIA Novosti. Deputy head of the Situational center Roshydromet Anatoly Tsygankov criticized the proposal of the Ministry of emergency situations to penalize forecasters. He stated this in an interview with RT.
According to him, this idea is not new: in the management of the organization at the moment is there is a practice of deprivation of bonuses for the “unjustified” forecast. In this regard, according to Tsygankov, additional penalties should not enter.
“If staff had received a hundred thousand a month, then it would be justified. And they are paid five times less”, — he explained.
Earlier, the head EMERCOM of Russia Vladimir Puchkov proposed to punish forecasters for inaccurate and untimely weather.
