Police arrested three of the truckers on the ring road
Police arrested three of the truckers on the 6th kilometer of the Moscow ring road in the capital. About it informs a portal “OVD-info” with reference to the volunteer Association of carriers of Ukraine (ODA).
According to the portal, detained Mikhail Kurbatov, Alexei Borisov and Yuri Bukanov. The detention took place in the Parking lot of truckers, at the moment, men are in division Veshnyaki.
According to the employee of ODA Elena Filippova on his page on Facebook, the police drew attention to flags and symbols “such as [Prime Minister Dmitry] Medvedev” for truckers. According to her, the detained are accused under two articles: 20.2 of the administrative code (unauthorized) and 19.3 of the administrative code (disobedience to police).
The detainees, according to the ODA website, are members of the indefinite nationwide truckers strike against the system of charging trucks “Plato”. Earlier, on may 21, Borisov and Bukanov was also arrested during the strike in the Moscow suburb of Khimki.
Action truckers began after it became known about introduction since April 15 increased tolls trucks. Now for every kilometer, drivers will now have to pay 25% more than before — on 1,91 RUB the Old rate was of 1.53 Euro per 1 km.
