Putin signed a law on the supervision of released from prison terrorists
The day before the document was approved by the state Duma and the Federation Council.
The President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed the Federal law “On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation on administrative supervision over persons released from places of deprivation of liberty” of may 28.
This is stated on the official Internet portal of legal information.
Among the innovations is the establishment of administrative supervision over the conduct of persons released from prison and tried for terrorism, murder, intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm, involving a minor in the Commission of criminal acts and other offences.
The law was adopted by the State Duma on 17 may 2017, approved by the Federation Council on may 24, 2017.
