In St. Petersburg for the seventh time will host the international legal forum

More than 3,5 thousand guests from dozens of countries will attend the VII St. Petersburg international legal forum (SPILF), which will be held from 16 to 20 may 2017.

At this time in the Northern capital will bring together representatives of the world of legal elites and public authorities, economists, businessmen, figures of culture and art, to discuss current issues and trends in the field of law.

The forum was organized by the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation with the support of the President of Russia. Among the speakers of the plenary session of the VII FORUM – “law in a global context” — the Chairman of Russian government Dmitry Medvedev.

Agenda

The forum for the seventh time will become a platform for exchange of experiences and best legal practices and to find solutions to global challenges, formed the international agenda.

An innovation this year will be the international forum on bankruptcy. This platform will bring together lawyers, experts of the banking community, representatives of legislative and Executive authorities, representatives of international organizations.

It is planned that the experts will discuss improving legislation on bankruptcy and its impact on the investment climate of the state, legal regulation of the financial crisis and other current problems in this field.

Business program of FORUM traditionally will allow participants to discuss the latest trends in the field of Russian and international legislation and to find solutions to current legal problems. Within the framework of the Forum will include more than 80 business events, discussion sessions, presentations, lectures. An innovation this year will be game trials: process on tax legislation and arbitration battle. The business session will be combined in nine different directions.

The forum lectures will be delivered by the President of the constitutional court of the Russian Federation Valery Zorkin and the chief bailiff of the Russian Federation Dmitry Aristov.
