In the state Duma introduced a draft authorizing MFTS to register birth and death
MOSCOW, may 6 — RIA Novosti. The government of the Russian Federation in the state Duma introduced a bill to allow multi-function centres (MFC) to carry out state registration of birth and death of citizens, the corresponding decree was published on Saturday on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
“The bill proposes to establish the possibility of provision of the law of the Federation of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services… authority on the state registration of birth (with the exception of birth, state registration of which is made simultaneously with the state registration of paternity establishment) and the state of registration of death”, — stated in the message.
It is noted that the bill for the MFC will be assigned a function the compilation of the records of acts of civil status, issuing of birth certificates and death certificates, and transfer to the bodies of civil status documents, which formed the basis for the state registration of records of civil status of birth and death.
“The authority for making corrections and changes in entries of births and deaths, compiled by IFC, as well as their recovery are assigned to the organs recording acts of civil status”, — stated in the message.
