Passengers who are not citizens of these two countries, will pass through border control. This was stated by the Secretary of the Union state of Russia and Belarus Grigory Rapota.
He stressed that “the border control of citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, following these flights will not be carried out”. They will still be able to cross the border on internal passports.
