Attacked Varlamov fined 500 rubles
Attacked blogger Ilya Varlamov has issued an administrative fine of 500 rubles. In a criminal case in connection with two attacks denied.
About Varlamov reported on its website, citing the materials of the Stavropol police.
The report said that as a result of checks it was established that offenders are five people. Brothers Sergei and Mikhail Shevchenko received a sentence of administrative arrest for two days. Three more will have to pay a fine.
“The judgement from 27.04.2017 Puzanov brought to administrative responsibility under part 1 of article 20.1 of the administrative code (petty hooliganism) to a penalty of an administrative fine in the amount of 500 rubles. Goryainov and Pykhtin decisions of the court from 29.04.2017 also brought to administrative responsibility under part 1 of article 20.1 of the administrative code (petty hooliganism) to a penalty of an administrative fine in the amount of 500 rubles”, — stated in the message.
Varlamov has declared that intends to achieve criminal case for all involved. Earlier, his lawyer Andrei Sabinin appealed to the Prosecutor of the Stavropol territory with the statement in which asks to check the facts of the attack on blogger. He stated that he considers the actions of the attackers with disorderly conduct and must be qualified under article “deliberate destruction or damage of property committed out of hooliganism”.
During a visit Varlamov in Stavropol on 26 April he was twice doused with green paint and poured on him the flour. As a result, the blogger was damaged clothing and the quadcopter cost more than 80 thousand rubles.
