In Perm two young children were injured by falling snow from the roof of the kindergarten. On Thursday, March 23, reported on the website of the regional investigative Department of the investigative Committee.
On the evening of March 22, four younger students independently came to the territory of the kindergarten in Ordzhonikidze district of the city, when the institution was already closed. The boys climbed onto the roof of the outbuildings and began to jump down from it when the roof collapsed snow. Two children were injured. One of them was admitted to hospital, other medical assistance was rendered on the spot, after which he was sent to outpatient treatment.
In fact the incident started investigation verification. It is planned to give a legal assessment of the actions or inaction by individuals responsible for the timely cleaning snow from the roofs of buildings and constructions located on the territory of the kindergarten.
5 March in Kirov snow mass fell from the roof of the four houses at the head of a woman who was walking on the sidewalk with her grandson. The victim died at the scene from injuries received. The child was not injured.
